I saw this advertisement in Daily Dawn ePaper today on Sep 03, 2026. It’s about open auction of hotel plots.
What is hotel plot?
I guess the plots are commercial in nature and are meant for establishment of hotels.
The advertisement is by Capital Development Authority, Islamabad. The advertisement says that the auction is to be held on 23 and 24 September 2026. The time is 10 AM and the venue is Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad.
There is a list of hotel plots and a total of 15 plots are for sale in various sectors such as D-12 Markaz, F-5/1, F-7, G-8 and Murree Road.

- 1-year flexible payment plan
- Possession at 75% payment
- Plan approval at 25% deposit
- 5% rebate on total payment within 30 days
- 5% additional rebate on full payment in USD
And CDA will also provide help with electric lines shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and other similar activities.
